Five Star Carpet & Upholstery Care was initially founded in 1973 by Barlcay Wade who grew the company and installed high standards of services for 47 years. In 2020 exciting changes as Lisa Phillips and her family took over the reins with the intent to carry on delivering high levels of service and expertise to our loyal and new customers throughout the Northern Suburbs of Sydney.

Lisa has been with the company since 2015 as the Company Manager running all aspects of the business. Her background is in accounting, bookkeeping, administration and customer service. Along with her husband Lee and two children Kai and Charlize they were thrilled with the opportunity to take over the business and continue to build and grow into the future.

Jarrod has been with the company for 13 years and Teagai for 5 years, both being knowledgable and experienced in all areas of carpet and upholstery cleaning and care. They are locals of the Northern Beaches and are professional, friendly and courteous to all our customers and clients. Our customers are always saying what a wonderful job they have completed and have many asking for repeat services.Our technicians have full training and provide expert and friendly carpet and upholstery cleaning services to all our customers. They are reliable and will always turn up on time with a smile and provide professional cleaning solutions to meet your needs.
